From our farm at the foot of the Cawdor Hills in the Highlands of Scotland, we are the only UK growers of Porcelain garlic. It took us three years to complete growing trials and settle on a strain of really garlicky garlic that's locally produced and offers a string of powerful flavour, texture and health benefits. Gilli is a 'Leiths' trained cook; Glen is a farmer, committed to supplying high quality produce to Gilli's exacting standards. This partnership is the starting point for an exciting and authentic product that makes a potent difference to the huge number of dishes that require garlic. Closely related to wild garlic, Porcelain garlic packs a sweet garlicky punch, keeps you healthy and doesn't drive you mad in the kitchen.

Our real passion for real food has resulted in a delicious range of Really Garlicky Goodies made with our Pure Scottish Garlic and British Ingredients where available. All our products are FREE from artificial additives or colourings. We only use Free Range Eggs. Even our Really Garlicky Garlic Bread and Really Garlicky Ciabatta are FREE from Preservatives and Additives.
