Two weeks earlier than last year we have started lifting the garlic for drying. We had a visit from Radio Scotland's superb Grassroots team today they are doing a half hour program on garlic to go out in September.
We will have dried garlic available in two weeks time but will still be able to supply fresh garlic until that is ready.
