With potato planting coming to a close we now have time to do other things. With in a week we will start cutting garlic scapes which as you will see from the photo are just emerging. If anybody would like to order some just send us a email or phone. They have a mild garlic flavour and are very nice in salads or steamed and served like asparagus.
