SALSA APPROVED!!

On the 14th December 2007 we gained SALSA accreditation! We are now confident that we can compete against the best producers in the marketplace knowing that we have controls in place at every stage of production.

The food quality assurance scheme was launched in March this year as robust but easy-to access standard for small and medium sized food manufacturers.
