Scottish Garlic Shoots Coming Soon!

Our Scottish Garlic Shoots will soon be ready for harvest! These tender green shoots form at the top of our Hardneck Garlic plants. We must harvest them in order to allow our tasty garlic cloves to mature in size.
Similar in flavour to Wild Garlic, Fresh Garlic Shoots are well suited to a variety of dishes such as stir frys, soups, salads or just simply as a vegetable or garnish.
Garlic Shoots have only a limited supply and are only available for a short time from mid June to beginning of August!
SUGGESTED USES
Sauteed Garlic Shoots are an excellent accompaniment for meat and
chicken, sauté the shoots in a little olive oil at a medium heat and season with salt and pepper;
Add chopped shoots, sautéed in butter, to mashed potato for the best garlic mashed potatoes;
Bundle up and grill shoots with a little olive oil, salt and pepper for 10 minutes until soft;
