Really Garlicky Hamburger

Serves 2
8oz minced beef
1 dsp really garlicky rub
1oz butter
1tbsp sunflower oil
In a bowl mix the beef with the garlicky rub. Using your hands form into 2 even shaped patties and put on a plate. Cover with cling film and set aside for 1/2 hour to let the flavours infuse.
Heat the butter and oil in a
shallow frying pan. This must be sizzling hot when you add the burgers. Fry them till crisp on each side for about 3-4 minutes if you like them rare. A minute more on each side for medium. Alternatively grill them if desired.
