Really Garlicky Spaghetti.

Serves 4



400g fresh spaghetti

2 bulbs of Really Garlicky garlic

2 hot chillies

100ml extra virgin olive oil

100g fresh Parmesan in a block.

Half a teaspoon of coarse sea salt



Peel and thinly slice the Really Garlicky garlic. Finely chop the hot chillis. Gently fry the garlic, chillies and the salt together for just 5 minutes in the extra virgin olive oil. Tip over a bowl of cooked spaghetti and throw on a few thin slices of fresh Parmesan cheese. Serve with some crusty bread to mop up the oil left in the bowl.
