Really Garlicky Roll Ups

A twist on traditional smoked salmon on brown bread.

Makes approx 25

4 large flour tortillas
3 tubs really garlicky cream cheese
350g sliced smoked salmon

Spread the cream cheese evenly over the tortillas and cover with smoked salmon. Roll up like a swiss roll. Wrap in cling film twisting the ends firmly. Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.

When ready to serve slice with a sharp knife on the diagonal. Serve as an appetiser with pre-dinner drinks.
