Horseradish Garlic Encrusted Pork Roast

Ingredients
4 lb. boneless loin pork roast
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2.5 tbsp. Horseradish Garlic Mashed Potato Seasoning
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions
1 Sear roast with butter browning all sides.
2 Mix breadcrumbs, Horseradish Garlic Mashed Potato Seasoning, salt, pepper and parsley in mixing bowl.
3 Roll pork roast in seasoning covering all sides except the bottom.
4 Bake in 325 oven for 2 hours until temperature reaches 150 degrees.
5 Remove from oven, let stand for 15 min. before slicing. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
